Office Manager

  • Basic Duties

    •       Customer intake. Assist with scheduling and proccessing incoming jobs and claims. 
    •      CCC estimating pull down and re-keys.
    •      CSR customer updates. Let customer know any updates via cc or when car would be ready for delivery. 
    • Auto Insurance interaction. Being able to contact insurance for payments rentals and supplaments
    •       Teamwork: You'll collaborate with other technicians and shop staff to ensure repairs are completed in the estimated time frame.

  • Basic Skillset

    • Customer Friendly

    • Body shop experience a plus
    • CCC one and shop manager experience 
    • Microsoft word 
    • Quick books a plus 
    • 8-5 monday through friday
    • Must be organized and be able to multi task
